The Howitt Road Project | Scandinavian Serenity Meets London Luxury

We were commissioned by Architect Michael Schranz to craft a kitchen masterpiece in central London. The challenge? Integrating the kitchen seamlessly with the home’s existing Douglas fir theme for harmony throughout the space.

Our design team, renowned for their attention to both elegance and function, set out to merge Scandinavian style with a contemporary sense of calm. The result speaks for itself: a warm, sophisticated kitchen that invites you in, offering both beauty and practicality.

The collaboration with the architect was key to maintaining the vision of lightness and natural wood throughout the home. Designed for a busy family of four, this kitchen’s layout maximises every inch of space: Tall units reach the ceiling, while stainless steel worktops create a streamlined preparation area that balances aesthetics and utility.

The hand-stained Douglas fir veneer doors were chosen to complement the home’s character, adding depth and unique texture to the design.

In the end, the space surpassed expectations. A kitchen that marries function and form, where every detail is thoughtfully curated. A culinary haven that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
