We revamped the bathroom into a contemporary, indulgent space. A striking monochrome palette gives the space a timeless elegance.
The decadent free-standing bath became the room’s centerpiece. The remaining furnishings were moved aside to create a clear walkway, giving the space a grandiose feel. Clever ‘hidden’ storage solutions help to minimise clutter and make features of the clients’ existing furnishings.
To create warmth and interest, we introduced a patchwork of textures: the feature wall tiles resemble stacked slate; the floor tiles, hammered stone; while others have the appearance of linen.
Chrome taps and mirrors, offset against the black backdrop, add to the room’s sense of intimacy and luxury.
