We had the privilege of managing every aspect of this modern kitchen project, from design and supply to installation. The result? A bold, masculine industrial style that enhances the newly added extension, bringing everything together. In perfect harmony.
Working on a newly built space allowed us to get involved from the very beginning – an invaluable opportunity to design a kitchen that complements the broader architectural vision. With the freedom to shape every detail, from the layout to the materials, we were able to ensure that the space not only met every need but exceeded our client’s expectations.
The hidden breakfast unit is a particular highlight. Featuring a Neolith Beton worktop, it contrasts beautifully against the dark laminate, concrete-effect carcass inside. Motion-sensor LED lighting gently illuminates the unit, casting a warm glow that highlights the industrial accents. Not only does this lighting serve a practical function, but it elevates the mood of the entire kitchen.
Opposite an exposed brick wall, we chose cabinetry in a pale grey satin lacquer. The light, neutral tones create the perfect backdrop, allowing the carefully chosen decor to bring personality to the space. A perfect example of how a neutral base can be both timeless and dynamic.
Finally, to tie the whole design together, we used a brushed stainless steel finish for all the hardware – from the handles and appliances to the Quooker tap, unifying the design with a subtle sense of sophistication. Now, our client has a kitchen that feels cohesive, stylish, and incredibly functional.
We introduced shallow cabinets of varying depths to make the most of every inch. These were designed to keep spices and condiments neatly tucked away, while the sleek, lacquered open shelving displays our client’s favourite items. Every detail was carefully chosen to enhance both the design and functionality of the space.
Clean and understated, the cabinets feature minimal handles to complement the modern aesthetics.
On the kitchen island, a Siemens induction hob lies in all its subtle glory; blending seamlessly with the worktop for a clean, minimalist appeal. Its light grey finish complements the rest of the design, ensuring that functionality and style are effortlessly combined in one striking feature.
For a polished, seamless look, we opted for a vintage stainless steel worktop from Barazza, paired with an integrated undermount sink. The same stainless steel finish was applied to the side panels and plinths of the island, ensuring the design flows without interruption. This careful detail creates an elegant, consistent finish throughout the kitchen.
